Welcome to the Idaho Area 18 Alcoholics Anonymous Web Site. Area 18 covers the Area of Idaho South of the Salmon River. If you are interested in information from the Area North of the Salmon River or in the Pacific Time zone please visit our neighboring Area 92. Area 92 covers the Eastern part of Washington State & Northern Idaho.

. Sunday SNL Women's Meeting has changed when it meets! This is a great meeting for moms with kids or any woman looking for good sobriety and fellowship.

. District 11 (Ontario, OR) Business Meeting and has changed its meeting time! The new meeting time is at 5:00pm on the fourth Sunday of every month.

. District 4 (Nampa / Caldwell) Business Meeting and Potluck Birthday Dinner has changed locations! The new location is at the First Christian Church, 619 12th Av. S. in Nampa, ID - the meeting times are the same, District 4 busines meeting is at 4pm and the potluck birthday dinner is at 6:30pm on the second Saturday of every month starting March 9th.

The A.A. Preamble

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

. The only requirement for AA membership is a desire to stop drinking.
. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions.
. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes.

Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
